Jaroop acquires customer feedback platform

Berlin software and web design firm Jaroop said it has acquired software platform ServiceKick, which helps businesses request, publish and promote customer feedback through social media channels.

Jaroop, which counts Cars.com and the Connecticut Theatre Co. among its clients, said it will continue to run ServiceKick and serve its customers, as it works to build the software into a broader reputation management platform.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
