A national medical treatment provider has leased office space along the Boston Post Road in Orange, which will be the company’s third Connecticut location.
IVXpress Inc, an affiliate of IVX Health, is a provider of infusion and injection therapy for those with chronic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease and multiple sclerosis.
The group recently signed a seven-year lease for a 2,100-square-foot office space at 263 Boston Post Road, Orange.
Other Connecticut locations are in Glastonbury and Norwalk, and the company has 70 locations nationwide.
Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Orange-based Colonial Properties, represented the landlord, Crossroads Associates LLC, which operates the 10,300-square-foot multi-tenant commercial plaza along the busy Post Road stretch.
Financial details of the lease were not disclosed.
The tenant was represented by Eastern Land Company.
