IVX Health opens second infusion center in CT

A national provider of infusion and injection therapy, IVX Health, has opened a new location in Orange, in addition to its existing facility in Glastonbury.

IVX Health’s infusion centers treat adult and pediatric patients with multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis and other complex chronic conditions.

The Brentwood, Tennessee-based company on Wednesday announced that its new location in Orange, at 263 Boston Post Road, Suite 7, had opened. Also, it announced a forthcoming location in Norwalk, slated to open this summer.

Infusion therapy is a method of treating autoimmune conditions.

IVX Health says its facilities provide patients with a modern, comfortable and private “infusion suite” – with amenities including leather recliners and flatscreen TVs – equipped with the same safety protocols as a hospital. Each center is staffed by nurse practitioners and registered nurses, overseen by physician specialists.

IVX Health’s Glastonbury location is at 119 Hebron Ave, Unit B, and its Norwalk location will be at 596 Westport Ave. The Glastonbury location opened in August.
