Jack Papa won a “Dinner in the Vault for Four” prize package, donated by Rockville Bank to the North Central Connecticut Chamber of Commerce auction. William J. McGurk, president and CEO of Rockville Bank, personally served the four diners the gourmet dinner, created by Bruce Maneeley of Maneeley’s Catering.
