IT Direct hires asst. manager

West Hartford’s IT Direct has hired Scott McCue as assistant help desk manager.

McCue will manage the help desk and work with clients on the phone. He joins the IT firm from an East Hartford company, where he spent nearly 11 years, most recently as branch technology specialist.
