Convenience store-gas station operator Irving Oil will kick off its month-long fuel-savings promotion in Manchester Tuesday, with a gift-card giveaway to motorists who fill up at its store at 318 Adams St.
The promotion from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. will include gift bags containing gift cards ranging from $20 to $100, the New Hampshire chain said.
Irving will be doing the regional promotion throughout the rest of July in connection with its summer-long Irving Rewards gas savings program. Customers earn 10 cents off per gallon at the next fill-up for every $200 in fuel they buy.
The rewards program ends Aug. 31.
Irving Oil operates Canada’s largest refinery, in St. John, New Brunswick, and has nearly 900 service stations and travel plazas in New England and Eastern Canada
Eighteen of Irving’s 25 stores and travel plazas in Connecticut are participating in Irving Rewards. Six in the Greater Hartford area are participating: two in Manchester and one each in Berlin, Meriden, New Britain and Wethersfield.
