Naugatuck-based Ion Financial has promoted two employees.
Anne Rivers has been promoted to executive vice president, chief human resources officer. Rivers joined the bank in 2020 and has over 27 years of human resources experience. She is responsible for overseeing human resources, building the talent pipeline for Ion Bank and Ion Investments and serves on the bank’s executive management committee.
Craig W. Porter has been promoted to executive vice president, director of marketing and communications. Porter joined the bank in 2011. He is responsible for overseeing all marketing, advertising and communications for Ion Bank and Ion Investments and serves on the bank’s executive management committee.
