The sellers were James B. and Dianne S. Colgan, of Stamford, and Timberridge Associates LLC, controlled by Robert Colgan, of New Canaan. They bought the property for $1.05 million in 2016, according to property records.
The building, constructed in 1920, sits on a 0.78-acre parcel. It was appraised at $1.18 million and assessed at $828,450 in 2024.
McAllister has been active in Stratford development proposals. Last year, he
advanced plans for a 119-unit apartment complex on a vacant lot at 382 Ferry Blvd., later revising the proposal to add 15 units and a commercial space, according to a Jan. 28 Zoning Commission agenda.
