A group of Connecticut-based investors has bought a six-unit apartment building in Stamford for $1.43 million, according to the city’s property records.
MAGD Realty LLC purchased the three-story, 3,990-square-foot building, at 62 4th St., for $1.43 million. The limited liability company is controlled by Ahmed Ebriham and Aiwas Malik, of Fairfield; Khurram Nomani, of Stamford; Fahmy Khalil, of Trumbull; and Tahir Choudhry, of Wethersfield, according to state records.
“We are planning to renovate and maintain it as a quality affordable housing option available for young professionals in the city of Stamford,” Ebriham said.
The seller was Apasak LLC, controlled by Paula, Anastasios, Stavros and Alexandros Katsetos, all of New York. The Katsetos family has owned the property since 1995, according to property records.
The building, which was built in 1976 and sits on a 0.13-acre parcel, was appraised at $946,110 and assessed at $662,280, according to property records.
The MAGD group, which together own hundreds of apartments in the state,
last year bought two apartment buildings in Ansonia for $9.15 million.
