Two investors have purchased a two-story office building in Ridgefield for $2.68 million, according to the town’s land records.
The buyer of the 9,453-square-foot building, at 162 Danbury Road, is Kasur LLC, which is controlled by Leonard Fugaro, of Lagrangeville, N.Y., and Ishfaq Qadir, of Norwalk. They bought a gas station in New Canaan for $5 million earlier this year. An email to Kasur LLC was not immediately returned.
The seller is Kake LLC, which is controlled by Philip Kearns, of Ridgefield.
The building, which sits on a 0.83-acre parcel, was constructed in 1993. Tenants include Ridgefield Perfect Smile Center and Le Spa Esthetics.
A medical office building with 21,781 square feet of leasable space in Ridgefield sold for $1.58 million earlier this year.
