InvestorsĀ have bought a one-story retail building in Monroe for $1.63 million, according to property records.
701 Main Street Holding LLC, controlled by Nick and Helen Rassias, of Stamford, purchased the 5,183-square-foot structure, at 701 Main St., last month. An email sent to Nick Rassias was not immediately returned.
The seller is Seven Hundred One Main St LLC, controlled by Michael Reisman, of Westport. He bought the property for $550,000 in 2006.
The building, which sits on a 1.07-acre parcel and was built in 2007, was appraised at $1.06 million and assessed at $741,210 in 2024.
The building is occupied by Creative Music Center, which provides music lessons and repairs musical instruments, according to its website.
