The 1.7-acre site at 225 Leonard Drive includes two metal-sided flex industrial buildings totaling 14,550 square feet, completed in 2010 and 2018.
In a deed recorded March 23, a limited liability company led by Gary Sharpe, of Guilford, and Mark E. Jakan, of New London, sold the property to Hartzito Properties West LLC.
The buyer is led by Brian J. Hartley, of Cromwell, and Shawn R. DiBella, of Delray Beach, Florida.
The property is fully leased to Beer’d Brewing and Mystic Cheese Co., which will remain tenants, according to O,R&L Commercial.
Luke Massirio of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller, and Jay Morris, also with the firm, represented the buyer.
The acquisition was financed in part with a $1.17 million mortgage from NBT Bank.
