Two real estate investors have purchased an 11,200-square-foot warehouse in Brookfield for $1.3 million, according to property records.
Michael and Peter DiScala, both of Brookfield, have bought the one-story structure, which was built in 1973 at 46 Del Mar Drive. Calls to Michael DiScala were not immediately returned.
The seller is Georgia Siklos, of Brookfield. She bought the property in 2020.
The building, which sits on 2.11 acres, was appraised at $625,790 and assessed at $438,050 in 2024.
