A 10,500-square-foot day care center building behind The Shops at Evergreen Walk in South Windsor has sold for $5.77 million to an investor couple from Redding.
In a deed recorded Nov. 4, the four-year-old building on 1.1 acres at 10 Sedona Circle was sold to a limited liability company controlled by Michael and Lisa Fabiano. The seller, a New Jersey-based LLC, is headed by Peter Tal, records show.
Tal bought the South Windsor property and a nearly identical day care building in Newington for $4.7 million each in 2021. Both properties are leased to programs affiliated with The Learning Experience, a national early education franchise.
South Carolina-based Sands Investment Group listed the South Windsor property. It is also currently marketing the Tal’s Newington day care property.
The Newington site, at 395 Willard Ave., is leased to The Learning Experience through May 2041.
In September, the Fabianos sold two Rocky Hill properties — a 41-unit apartment complex and an office site — for a combined $7.8 million.
