The 21,177-square-foot building is on 2.43 acres and features a center courtyard with mature trees.
Frank Hird and Adam Gregg of O,R&L Commercial LLC in Branford represented both the seller, UPC Realty LLC, and the buyer, Troy Laundry Building LLC.
The buyer plans to use it as an investment property, and the building was fully leased at the time of the sale, according to O,R&L Commercial.
