An investor has purchased a more than century-old office property in Stamford for $1.1 million, according to the city’s land records.
1150 Bedford Street LLC — controlled by Belpointe Management LLC and Brandon Lacoff, of Greenwich — acquired the 2,109-square-foot, 2.5-story building at 1150 Bedford St.
An email to Lacoff, CEO of Belpointe Cos., a Greenwich-based investment and family office group, was not immediately returned.
The seller is Rainbow Champ LLC, controlled by Josephine and Frank LaFauci, of Stamford. They bought the building for $440,000 in 2000, according to property records.
The building, which dates back to 1900 and occupies a 0.09-acre parcel, was appraised at $797,300 and assessed at $545,300 in 2023.
