An investor has purchased a warehouse in Stamford for $1.55 million, according to the city’s land records.
T.M. Orchard Street LLC, controlled by Timna Tanners, of Greenwich, bought the one-story, 5,820-square-foot building last month. Calls to Tanner, previous owner of a Victorian-era apartment building in Stamford, were not immediately returned.
The seller was CPI 107 Orchard Street LLC, controlled by Kianoosh Yazdanseta, of West Haven, and Khandan Kohanloo-Yazdanseta, of Massachusetts. They bought the property for $830,000 in 2012.
The building is occupied by Car Parts International, a Massachusetts-based car parts retailer that has additional locations in Fairfield and Hartford, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Yazdanseta is a principal of Car Parts International.
The building, which was built in 1975 and sits on a 0.31-acre parcel, was appraised at $1.21 million and assessed at $844,920.
