A private investor has purchased two office and retail buildings in Hamden for $3.15 million, according to the real estate company that brokered the sale.
The two mixed use buildings at 2340-2348 Whitney Ave. total 23,320 square feet and were 100 percent occupied at the time of the sale, according to Stephen Press, co-principal of Hamden-based Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services. Press represented the seller, Town Hall Center, LLC.
Retail tenants include Whalley Framing, Consignment Treasures and Photo Express.
