An investor has bought a 20-unit, three-story apartment building in Bridgeport for $3.2 million, according to the city’s land records.
191 Oak Street LLC, controlled by Denis Sidne, of Bridgeport, purchased the 12,834-square-foot building, at 191 Oak St., on Feb. 19, land records show. An email to Sidne was not immediately returned.
The seller was Oak 191 BCT LLC, controlled by Abraham Indig, of New York. He bought the property for $2.41 million in 2022.
The brick building, which was built in 1966 and occupies a 0.29-acre parcel, is appraised at $2.61 million and assessed at $1.82 million.
Denis and Wiline Sidne own a 6,416-square-foot, three-story apartment building with three units on a 0.12-acre parcel at 197 Hollister Ave., according to property records.
