An investment management firm has paid $8.25 million for a Victorian-style office building in Greenwich that was constructed in 1904, according to the town’s assessor’s office.
Greenwich-based JAT Capital Management, doing business as JAT Capital Partners LP and 24 FP LLC, has bought the four-story, 11,429-square-foot building, at 24 Field Point Road.
The seller was Lloyd Hascoe, of Fisher Island, Florida, doing business as 24 FPR LLC, according to land records.
An email to JAT was not immediately returned.
The building, which sits on a 0.41-acre parcel, was appraised at $7.92 million and assessed at $5.55 million in 2024, according to property records. It was remodeled in 1995.
