Milford-based Christopher Carucci Agency, LLC, a State Farm Insurance affiliate, has leased a second location at Baybrook Plaza in West Haven.
The new office is 1,800 square feet of space previously occupied by a dental practice.
The local insurance agency will continue its presence in Milford while also offering insurance options from the new West Haven office.
Senior commercial specialist John Bergin, of H. Pearce Real Estate, completed the long-term lease, representing both the tenant, State Farm, and the landlord, BayKat, LLC of West Haven.
Baybrook Plaza has stores at 12-28 Ocean Ave., on the border with Milford. A United States Post Office facility, convenience store and dollar store, along with restaurants and other shops, are located in the plaza.
