ING to repurchase $2.8B in Dutch aid

ING Group NV, the bailed-out Dutch financial company with retirement-services operations in Windsor, says it will repay another euro2 billion ($2.8 billion) of the state aid it received from the Netherlands during the 2008 financial crisis, The Associated Press reports.
