Infoshred specializes in the secure destruction of sensitive business information, ensuring complete confidentiality and destruction of paper and electronic records. The company’s Secure Archives Center offers customers a controlled environment for storing records in a highly secure, 50,000-square-foot facility. This provides businesses in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York and Rhode Island with comprehensive document life cycle management, supporting their operations from document creation to final destruction. “Our commitment to security and exceptional service ensures that our customers have complete peace of mind, knowing their records and outdated IT equipment are handled with the utmost care and professionalism,” says Infoshred President Stacey Lombardo.
Infoshred’s high-security, state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced software and technology to provide customers with efficient and secure solutions for storing, tracking, accessing, and destroying records. The company’s services include off-site and on-site document destruction, product destruction, media disintegration, secure storage, and scanning services.
Infoshred is a State of Connecticut-certified Minority/Woman-Owned Business. The company is a Charter Member of the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID), now iSigma, was an early adopter of the NAID Certification Program, and maintains certification for secure on-site and off-site document destruction services.

In October 2003, Infoshred launched a Secure Archives Center. This highly secure, climate-controlled 50,000-square-foot facility provides safe storage for over 500,000 boxes of confidential, critical documents.
In the summer of 2016, Infoshred added e-recycling to its services. It is the only shredding facility in Connecticut to hold a State of Connecticut General Permit to Construct and Operate a Commercial Facility for the Management of Recyclable Materials and Certain Solid Wastes. This permit applies to companies that disassemble and process used electronics and manage universal waste materials, such as batteries and lamps. Infoshred’s Information Technology Asset Disposition service provides secure and responsible destruction and/or recycling of obsolete or unwanted IT equipment. The service prioritizes data security, ensuring that sensitive information is destroyed and that hardware is responsibly recycled.
“Through our wide range of services, we are committed to providing the highest level of security, compliance and reliability for our customers,” concludes Lombardo.
