Two New York City investors who bought a 156-room Stamford nursing home for $19.4 million in early June have also purchased a 150-room Norwalk nursing home for $9.3 million.
Usher Egert and Joel Paskes, of Brooklyn, New York, doing business as Norwalk Care Center Realty LLC, bought the 150-room, 79,368-square-foot Norwalk facility, at 23 Prospect St., from Norwalk Snff Acquisition Group LLC, according to the city’s assessor’s office and state records.
It’s unclear who or what entity is behind Norwalk Snff Acquisition Group LLC.
The four-story nursing home is appraised at $6.47 million and assessed at $4.53 million, property records show. It sits on 2.33 acres and was built in 1971.
Both facilities are run by Cassena Care.
