Hartford’s IFG Cos. has hired Christopher M. Lewis as senior vice president and chief risk officer.
He will oversee the insurance insurer’s risk-management policies to, operational risks and financial risks.
He most recently worked for The Hartford Financial Services Group as senior vice president and enterprise chief insurance risk officer.
He began his career as a senior economist in the U.S. Office of Management and Budget for the White House.
