Iconic Triple A Diner property in East Hartford sells for $842,500

The Triple A Diner’s East Hartford home has been sold by the second generation of the two families who founded it.

The sellers — Krisfir Inc., Peppas LLC and Kritman LLC — sold the property at 1209 Main St. to Rian Realty Trust for $842,500, land records show.

Dale Reese, managing director of Reese Commercial, represented the sellers.

The trust purchased the property as a single-tenant net leased property in which all expenses of running the real estate, including property taxes, are the responsibility of the tenant. The lease has about eight and a half years remaining.
