🔒HVAC, plumbing company expands with $710K Southington purchase

An HVAC and plumbing company has purchased a building on Mount Vernon Road in Southington as part of a relocation and expansion effort. Pro Service HVAC & Plumbing acquired the industrial property at 1223 Mount Vernon Road for $710,000 from MJK LLC, according to O,R&L Commercial. Luke Massirio of O,R&L represented the seller, while Brook Ladrigan of Godin Property Brokers represented the buyer. The larger space will allow Pro Service to grow and extend its service area across Connecticut, according to O,R&L. MJK LLC, which is controlled by Maria Grzegorzek of New Britain, originally bought the property for $358,000 in 2014.
