CleanSlate Centers and health insurer Humana said they have signed a new contract that provides in-network access for Humana Medicare Advantage and employer plan members at CleanSlate outpatient addiction treatment centers in Connecticut and seven other states.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The company provides medication-assisted treatment and related therapies, primarily for alcohol and opioid use disorders.
CleanSlate’s Connecticut center is located in Hartford, 85 Gillette St.
