Ping Hsieh, former senior vice president, general counsel and secretary at Hubbell Inc., has been added to the board of trustees of Vital Strategies, a global public health organization.
At Hubbell, Hsieh was responsible for the company’s legal, governance, compliance, internal audit and environmental, health and safety functions. Before joining Hubbell, Hsieh had a 16-year tenure at United Technologies Corp, now RTX Corp.Â
Hsieh is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Connecticut School of Law.
