New Britain’s Hospital for Special Care has hired Nancy M. Martone as vice president of human resources.
In her new role, Martone will oversee employee development, compensation, benefits, child care and volunteer services.
She previously worked in HR for Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington.
She is the elected president for the Connecticut Healthcare Human Resources Association, a member of the Connecticut Business Group on Health and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
