Gillian Howell, national private philanthropy executive at West Hartford’s U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management, will take on new responsibilities for the New England and central regions. In this role, Howell will manage teams responsible for helping individuals and family foundations identify and achieve their philanthropic aspirations. She has 23 years of charitable management experience. Hartford resident Howell is a member of the Trustees of the Colt Bequest and a volunteer at the Food Crisis Center in Hartford.
