The state Department of Housing and Housing Financing Authority will provide $17 million in financing, equity investments and tax credits to 13 affordable housing projects around the state, Gov. Dannel Malloy’s office announced.
The money will pay for renovations and upgrades to both housing authority and privately managed properties in Hartford, Enfield, Bristol and beyond. A total of 13 projects will get funding.
Hartford projects receiving money include Historic Townley Street and Rose Garden Cooperative.
