Dr. Kristen A. Zarfos, a breast and thyroid surgeon, has joined the medical staff of New Britain’s Hospital of Central Connecticut.
She will serve as surgical director of the hospital’s Comprehensive Breast Health Center and a member of the Hartford HealthCare Medical Group.
Her practice is at 399 Farmington Ave. in Farmington and she performs surgery exclusively at HOCC.
Most recently, Zarfos directed St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center’s breast center.
She is also an assistant professor of surgery at University of Connecticut School of Medicine.
