Home sales and prices slipped in February

Single family home sales fell 0.7 percent in Connecticut in February while median prices dropped 0.8 percent compared with February 2006, according to new data released by The Warren Group , which publishes of The Commercial Record. The median price of a single family home was $259,700 in February, when 1,940 homes were sold, 14 fewer than in the previous February.
