A three-story office building in Westport has sold for $1.56 million, according to the town’s property records.
965 Post Rd LLC, controlled by Irma Matuk, of Southport, has bought the 7,248-square-foot structure from 965 Post Road East LLC, controlled by Antonia Mortelliti, of New York City.
Matuk owns American European Senior Care, a Southport-based home healthcare service. She said she plans to expand her business into the Westport building and construct an apartment in it.
The building, which was built in 1929 and sits on a 0.37-acre parcel, is appraised at $1.36 million and assessed at $954,100, property records show.
