In a $19.5 million deal, a New York-based real estate owner and developer sold The Home Depot warehouse at 170 Highland Park Dr. in Bloomfield last month.
Mark Ginsberg, principal of the entities that owned the warehouse, called Koolkat LLC and Sidruma 82 LLC, sold the warehouse to Equity Industrial Bloomfield LLC, a Needham, Mass. company.
Ginsberg transferred The Home Depot lease to the Massachusetts equity firm in the transaction.

The sale included the warehouse, constructed in 1987, 20 acres of industrial land and 17.82 acres of vacant residential land.
Ginsberg purchased the property in 2002 for $16.8 million.
