Two Home Depot stores in West Hartford and New Hartford will be hiring 985 people for various jobs, the company announced.
The full and part-time positions, which Home Depot said are available right away, include customer service/sales, store support, freight, merchandising and warehouse associates.
Home Depot officials said spring is the busiest time of the year for the chain, and that they are always looking for new employees.
The stores are located at 503 New Park Ave. in West Hartford and 1580 Litchfield Turnpike in New Hartford. Positions can be found by going to careers.homedepot.com.
