The Hartford office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has arranged $140 million in financing for Fair City Mall and Plaza at Landmark, two open-air retail centers in Fairfax and Alexandria, Virginia. The two loans, roughly $70 million apiece, replace financings arranged in 2002 by HFF through Morgan Stanley Mortgage Capital.
