Harris Beach Murtha is pleased to announce that Holley L. Claiborn has joined the firm as senior counsel. An attorney with extensive business litigation experience, Holley will represent organizations across all industries – from global leaders to individual and family operations – in various types of business conflicts, ranging from minor disagreements to significant legal battles. She is based in the firm’s New Haven, Conn. office.
Holley previously served more than 20 years as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice/Office of the United States Trustee, where she routinely litigated and negotiated complex legal, business and financial issues. Holley earned her JD from Syracuse University College of Law.
