The transformation of The Hollander Center from a derelict downtown building into 70-units of residential housing and commercial space has earned honors from the Hartford Preservation Alliance.
The Hollander, 410 Asylum St., and its nonprofit owner-operator, Common Ground, will be among 11 other properties and individuals receiving the alliance’s 2010 awards at a 5:30 p.m. ceremony Thursday at 1429 Park St.
