Hoffmann Architects has elevated one of its engineers to shareholder status, it announced.
The Hamden engineering firm said Steve J. Susca, a senior engineer who has been with Hoffmann for 11 years, will become its eighth shareholder added since 2011. The firm said it offers joint ownership to recognize the dedication and accomplishments of its senior personnel.
John Hoffmann, owner and president, will continue as majority shareholder.
