Hoffman Architects promotes three

Hoffmann Architects, a Hamden architecture and engineering firm specializing in the rehabilitation of building exteriors, has promoted three members of its technical staff.

Tai Mahmuti, PE has been promoted to project engineer. He joined Hoffmann in 2015 as project coordinator, earned promotion to senior project coordinator in 2017 and to project manager later that year. Mahmuti earned an engineering degree from Carleton University in Ontario.

Amanda L. Miller, AIA was promoted to senior staff architect. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame who completed the master’s degree program in design studies at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, Miller joined the firm in 2017 as staff architect.

Also promoted to senior staff architect was Richard W. Off, AIA, who joined Hoffman in 2017 as project representative. Off earned a bachelor’s in architecture from RPI and a master’s in architecture and urban design from Columbia.

Mary Stager of Madison has joined global outplacement and executive coaching consultancy Challenger, Gray & Christmas as regional director. She will be responsible for client relationships and business development in the New York metro and southern Connecticut region. She previously was an account executive for Canon Solutions America. Stager also co-chairs the Business Advisory Council for Area Cooperative Educational Services (ACES) in North Haven.

Realtor Alicia Mahon of Guilford has joined the sales team of the Susan Santoro Group at Press/Cuozzo Realtors in Hamden. Mahon studied political science at Southern Connecticut State University.
