Hilton Hartford Hotel appointed James King as its new executive chef.
King joined Hilton Hartford after serving over eight years in the same role at Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport. During this time, King won the “Manager of the Year” award from Waterford Hotel Group, Inc., which manages both Sheraton and Hilton. King was also “Chef of the Year,” selected by the Connecticut Lodging Association.
King’s responsibilities will extend to all culinary operations at Hilton, including the hotel’s m&m bistro.
