HHC’s GoHealth Urgent Care opens shop in Berlin’s Webster Square Shopping Center

Hartford HealthCare’s GoHealth Urgent Care has announced the opening of its 19th Connecticut facility in the Webster Square Shopping Center in Berlin.

The new urgent care center – which officially opened Oct. 21 at 175 Webster Square – will cover a wide array of medical needs including treating non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, X-ray services and rapid COVID-19 testing.

GoHealth operates 165 on-demand care centers throughout the country, including in the Hartford area and southeastern Connecticut and New York City.

GoHealth representatives said the goal of its facilities is to provide high-quality, accessible health care.

“On-demand access to high-quality care is one of the most important ways in which we can support and develop healthier communities,” GoHealth Chief Executive Officer Todd Latz said in a statement. “We are excited about the continued expansion of our Hartford HealthCare Go Health Urgent Care platform and look forward to caring for the Berlin community and supporting its local organizations to continue improving the health of the region.”
