Hartford Federal Credit Union has hired Erika Brown as vice president of lending and compliance.
Brown will manage real estate, consumer loan, and credit card lending activities, as well as loan collections and regulatory compliance.
She has worked in the credit union industry for more than 18 years.
Meanwhile, HFCU promoted Nicole Kollanda to Farmington Valley branch manager. Kollanda, who was hired by the credit union in 2012, will oversee operations, business development and member relations.
