Several significant leases were signed in Greater Hartford during the third quarter, according to CoStar.
One of the largest was a 29,000-square-foot lease signed by Berkley Insurance Company in the 150,000-square-foot Corporate Center West office building in West Hartford, at 433 South Main St. Â
Berkley will take part of the second floor in the building as it consolidates two locations in town, according to CoStar. The landlord, Figure Eight Properties, currently has a proposal in front of the town of West Hartford to redevelop the property into a mixed-use facility.Â
Bruce Simons and Phoebe Ky of Figure Eight Properties represented the landlord, according to CoStar.
Here are other significant third-quarter leases:Â
- Interpreters and Translators Inc. signed a new eight-year lease for a 20,000-square-foot space in the 155,400-square-foot Glastonbury Corporate Center, at 628 Hebron Ave. Jay Wamester of Colliers represented the landlord, according to CoStar.
- Engineering firm CHA Consulting signed a 13,000-square-foot lease at the 103,124-square-foot Corporate Ridge office building in Rocky Hill, 400 Capital Blvd. John McCormick and Mike Puzzo of CBRE represented the landlord, according to CoStar.
- Community Solution Inc. signed 10,256-square-foot lease in the 588,455-square-foot office property at 175 Addison Road, in Windsor. Joel Grieco of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, according to CoStar.
- Alkegen, also known as Unifrax Holdings Co., signed a 10-year lease for a 9,139-square-foot space in Somerset Square in Glastonbury. John McCormick and Mike Puzzo of CBRE represented the landlord, according to CoStar.
