Helping First-Time Homebuyers

HART is grateful to Webster Bank for its contribution of $7,500 toward its HOME (Home Ownership Made Easy) program. This successful program provides first-time homeowners with all the information they need to successfully negotiate the process of buying a home, including credit counseling; the roles with key players such as realtors and attorneys; guidelines for landlords (for those who choose 2 or 3 family homes); and care and maintenance of their investment.
