Neale Hegarty has been promoted to vice president, operations and technology, at Pacific Resources in Hartford.
Hegarty’s new role includes business operations, office locations, vendor relations, and overseeing the enterprise-wide customer relationship management system for the employee benefits advisory firm.
Hegarty was formerly an account director with Pacific Resources, overseeing the management of several top tier Fortune 500 client accounts. He is based in Hartford.
