Background: Established in 1901, Hebrew Health Care Inc, is a private, nonprofit health care organization, and the parent company of the following: The Gene and Anja Rosenberg Hebrew Home and Rehabilitation Center; the Hospital at Hebrew Health Care; Hoffman SummerWood Community; Hebrew Rehabilitation Group; and Hebrew Community Services, which includes two adult day centers, a licensed home health care agency, a licensed hospice agency, and an assisted living services agency.
Our dynamic system of care provides a full spectrum of integrated and seamless inpatient, outpatient and community based geriatric services. Hebrew Health Care serves thousands of older adults each year.
Hebrew Health Care has a history of providing exceptional care and services to our community for over 100 years.
