A new limited coverage health care policy is being marketed to the Nutmeg State’s 64,000 adults between 19 and 34 by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Connecticut. The company first began offering the cafeteria-style plan, called Tonik , in California in 2004, and has since expanded the offering to customers in Colorado, Nevada and Georgia. Seventy-eight percent of those who enrolled in the plan in other states were previously uninsured. Monthly premiums will start around $100.
